I really hope the weather forecast is right and we get some rain soon. A storm would be great to put out the fires, fill the dams and bring some relief to the folk out west in the Stanthorpe region doing it very tough. Tubing down the Nerang River is also heaps of fun and a nice distraction from the crowded surf.
Water and rain are almost a daily topic of conversation more recently. We either don't have enough or sometimes we have too much (during storm season).
If you keep getting water rates bills and they're going up and up, don't delay - investigate the problem ASAP. Ask council or a local plumber to look into it. If you have a water leak and it goes undetected for too long, the bill can get into the tens of thousands of dollars. Also, if you can't pay the water or the rates bill, the council may decide to sell your property which can devastating for you and your family. Get in early to fix the problem before it gets out of control. If the water or general rates bills are already off the scale, get in contact with the council to arrange a payment plan or advise them of your circumstances and ask for relief. If that doesn't solve the problem, get in touch with me as be able to guide you through and solve the problem for you.
Rain please, Rain. đđ
